Why the greatest astrologer in
history lost everything- Ravan?
Â
He could predict
eclipses. He wrote Ravana Samhita. He was so powerful he could hold all nine
planets in his court.
His chart had 5
planets exalted, with exalted Saturn in Lagna – the classic Raj Yoga for king
of kings and massive self-confidence.
His mastery came
from exalted Jupiter with Moon and Saturn together.
So why did a man
who knew time lose the war of his life?
- Knowledge
without humility
Moon with Saturn
gave him tapasya shakti and brilliance, but also Vish Yoga – a mind that always
wants to control. He mastered 4 Vedas and 6 Shastras, symbolized by 10 heads,
but never mastered one mind.
Lesson: Talent
makes you powerful. Humility makes you usable.
- He tried to
control time
When Indrajit was
to be born, he ordered all planets into the 11th house for immortality. All
obeyed except Shani. He broke Shani’s leg in anger, why Shani is slow to this
day. You can force a chart to look perfect, you can’t force its blessing.
Lesson: You can
hack metrics, not trust.
- One ethical
loophole erased all boons
He got a boon that
no god, demon, kinnar or gandharva could kill him. He forgot humans. He also
collected curses from Vedavati, Rambha and many rishis. A single Shaapa can
break any Raj Yoga.
Lesson: Compliance
can be perfect and character can still bankrupt you.
- He mastered the
sky, not his senses
He could move
planets but not his own desire. He could calculate muhurta but could not say no
to Adharma.
A chart shows wind
strength. It doesn’t show if you will sail or burn your own ship. Ravana knew
the wind better than anyone. He forgot where he was going.
Seen talent
self-destruct for lack of humility?
