More than often Venus is associated with luxury, desires and relationship. A wife is said to be Venus in a male native chart. Interestingly “daitya guru- Shukracharya” is associated with Venus too. Shukra(as a microorganism) stayed within Shiva(the entire cosmos) learning and dissolving. When prakriti had to procreate, shiva released him through his semen. Shukracharya took a rebirth as Shiva’s beej. This was Shiva’s own transmission through Shukracharya. Shukracharya recieved the greatest gift of all- the sanjeevani Vidya- the ability to revive the dead. So Shukracharya guru of Shukra(Venus in astrolology) is highly knowledegeable. In kalyug , Shukracharya is the only guru that helps in taming daityas within ourselves.
