The war between Rahu and Ketu
Who is more wittier? If Rahu is maya then Ketu is Virakti- the maya breaker. Ketu is more dangerous than Sun and Mars, because it knows exactly when to detach, when to leave. Ketu doesn’t need to prove its powers, god takes over when Ketu surrenders. Ketu exists, but it doesn’t show or prove its existence. When Ketu fights, god comes to accompany it. Mars is the “shakti” to fight, Sun wants recognition, Jupiter clears avidya which Rahu leaves behind, but Ketu dissolves to liberate. That’s terrifying and divine at the same time.
Rahu is the hidden potential of the brain, hence its illusion, chaos and confusion. But Ketu is pure devotion, surrender, detachment, moksha, silent wisdom, contraction leading to liberation.
Rahu feels Ketu is a strategist. Rahu runs behind everything and Ketu rejects everything including Rahu.
In a dialogue of Rahu and Ketu
Rahu(shakuni) calls Krishna(ketu) a "chaliya" and more witty than him!
He says ” Main maya ka chakravarti hoon, moh ka sanchalak. Pure samsaar ko main bhramit ker diya, phir bhi mujhe tripti nahi. . Aur aap Vasudev aap sab kuch janker bhi anjaan bante ho. Maine chhal se jag ko jeetne ka prayas kiya aur apne toh virakti se jag ko moh liya”
Krishna(ketu replies) Rahu tum vikshep ho, main nirodh
Tum bhatkav ho, main mukti ka marg
Tum maya ho, aur main ussi maya ke paar ka dwaar
Tum purn hokker bhi khali ho
Aur main shunya hokkar bhi purna hoon
