The Chausathi Yogini Mahotsav is held annually from 23rd to 25th December at the Chausath Yogini Temple in Hirapur, Odisha. This three-day tantra and cultural festival celebrates the rich heritage and spiritual significance of the 64 Yoginis, who are revered as powerful manifestations of the divine feminine energy.
During the festival Tantric Rituals are followed. The temple’s daily rituals include the worship of the Bhumandala, which involves honouring the five elements of nature—water, sky, fire, earth, and air. Devotees and visitors engage in yoga and meditation sessions, connecting with the spiritual essence of the Yoginis.
