There is only one power breathing through three masks.
Tantra astrology does not ask if you are Shaiva or Vaishnava. It asks which current moves through you now, and who breathes it.
At the root is Shiva-Shakti. Kularnava Tantra: Shiva without Shakti is a corpse, Shakti without Shiva is ungrounded, their union is bliss.
The One polarizes by guna-shakti:
Sattvic Sri Shakti as Lakshmi becomes Vishnu, ruler of worlds
Rajasic Bhu Shakti as Earth becomes Brahma, the creator
Tamasic Neela Shakti as Kali becomes Shiva, the dissolver
Esoterically, Shiva is Prakasha, still pure light. Devi is Vimarsha, light knowing itself as I am. That throb is Spanda. Vishnu is Spanda extended, the will to sustain the dream.
Shiva dissolves form, Vishnu keeps form true, Devi is the breathing of both. Her exhale is Srishti, pause is Sthiti, inhale is Samhara. Without her both are Shava.
Hence Jyotisha decomposes every trait to its deva, devata, shakti. A graha is not a rock but an angle of intelligence.
A tantrik reads planets for devata-prescription, not personality:
Shiva current: Sun, Ketu, 8th, 12th houses. Jaimini: graha in 12th from Atmakaraka as Ishta; Sun with Ketu points to Shiva.
The Guru line. Called in Rahu/Ketu dasha, Sade Sati, Ardra affliction, when mind must be cut free. Sadhana is inward, breath slows.
Vishnu current: Mercury, Jupiter, Sun as Rama/Krishna, 2nd, 10th, 11th houses; natural deity of 12th as protector of passage. Called when Lagna is weak, dharma must be rebuilt. Sadhana is outer: nama, vrata, Pancharatra nyasa with Lakshmi-Narayana.
Devi current: Moon as Gauri, Venus as Lakshmi, Rahu as Durga, Mars as Skandamata. She is Palana. For curse or cruel graha, only Devi shakti or Mahavidya gives final relief.
Thus Moon afflicted: worship Shiva-Parvati, not Shiva alone.
Venus broken: Lakshmi-Narayana.
Rahu smoking mind: Kalaratri or Tara, for only Mother enters the cremation ground.
Follow the breath of dasha, not a permanent side:
Dissolution: Rahu/Ketu, 8th lord active, detachment.
In Neela Shakti, go Shaiva-Shakta: Rudra, Kali. Less ritual, more silence.
Sustenance: Jupiter, Venus, Mercury, 4th/10th strong. In Sri Shakti, go Vaishnava-Shakta: Vishnu-Lakshmi, Krishna-Radha. Build, vow, nourish.
Threshold: dasha change, Atmakaraka awakening. At Spanda itself, go pure Shakta: Tripurasundari. Hence Ardhanarishvara: right Shaiva, left Vama Shakta. One body, two breaths.
Tantra astrology is prana chikitsa. Chart shows where breath sticks, devata shows which face of Devi moves it, mantra channels it.
Shiva dreams. Vishnu keeps the dream from nightmare. Devi breathes, and you are her breath awakening.
